Through her vision and unique life-long involvement in equestrian and creative events, she leads an energetic team committed to providing clients with professional and brilliantly captured memories that will last a life time. Since the age of three, horses and art have been Susan's foremost passion. Throughout her life she has explored several different careers while always keeping a hand in equestrian arts. Her many travels have enabled her to apply her talents to areas such as horse training, graphic arts, scientific illustration, and photography. Time spent in the South Pacific island of New Caledonia opened the door for Susan to combine her artistic talents with her love for horses. In addition to participating in dressage, show jumping and eventing she began photographing the many events held at the islands 'Clubs Hippique'. After completing an intensive training program at the French Riding Academy (in New Caledonia) she relocated to France where she trained horses and had the opportunity to ride at Saumur's National Riding School. Susan currently resides on Vancouver Island, British Columbia where she continues to apply her love for horses and photography into her every day life as well as her career. Her experiences and passions are valuable assets to her ability to illustrate the essence of each horse she photographs, truly capturing character and beauty in motion... exposing the art within.
